60 – 90 minute session with your therapist

This 60 – 90 minute session includes a 60 min walk with an optional additional 30 minute cool down and coffee refreshment with your therapist. This approach encourages physical movement that is linked to the natural endorphins that exercise provides, all while reaping the benefits of nature outside of the office walls. This treatment provides the advantage of a stroll, hike or brisk walk side by side with your therapist while Simultaneously progressing through set treatment goals.
